The Province of Pangasinan signed a Memorandum of Agreement naming Exakt Medical as its EMR provider for GUICONSULTA on September 19, 2024 (Provincial Government of Pangasinan).

Pangasinan's GUICONSULTA program set out to enroll every Pangasinense in PhilHealth Konsulta, now YAKAP. Exakt Medical's YAKAP EMR was the system behind it from start to finish: recording every registration and patient encounter, and filing the province's claims with PhilHealth.

Exakt Medical can migrate an LGU's RHUs and YAKAP Clinics to its certified EMR, set up registration workstations, and train staff, so claims continue without interruption.

Can Exakt Medical support mass and house-to-house YAKAP registration for a whole province?

Yes, as a partner to the LGU's own health teams. The LGU and its accredited YAKAP Clinics remain the providers of the service; Exakt Medical augments them with additional registration staff, web and mobile registration tools, real-time PhilHealth membership verification and first patient encounter recording in its certified EMR, both on site and in house-to-house or barangay drives. In Pangasinan, this supported the province's own enrollment drive across all 48 towns and cities.
