# Exakt Medical Services Corporation

> PhilHealth-certified YAKAP EMR provider for Philippine LGUs, rural health units (RHUs) and clinics. Exakt Medical provides a certified electronic medical record and PhilHealth claims processing, and augments LGU health teams with YAKAP (formerly Konsulta) registration and first patient encounter support; the LGU and its accredited clinics remain the providers of care. It was the EMR provider for the Province of Pangasinan's GUICONSULTA program, which grew enrollment from about 30,000 to more than 1.4 million in under a year.

- eKonsulta migration: PhilHealth requires YAKAP Clinics to move to a certified EMR; eKonsulta remains available only until December 31, 2026 (PhilHealth Advisories 2025-0077 and 2026-0038). Exakt Medical migrates LGU RHUs and YAKAP Clinics to its certified EMR.
